Fundamentally, I do not believe that any yoga, mindfulness practice, therapy, or education belongs behind a pay wall.

My suggested fees are presented on a sliding scale, and I am excited about opportunities to trade for goods or services. My intention is to receive enough to cover my costs* and to sustain myself.

I ask that clients spend some time considering the value of what they receive, then spend some time considering what their budget will allow. I ask that clients be intentional about what they are choosing to pay. If you don’t have much to give, you still deserve support and healing, no matter what. If you have more to give, you are contributing directly to the health of your community by increasing access for those whose options and incomes are limited due to racism, ableism, transphobia, queerphobia, and other systems that support capitalism and class hierarchy.

For group yoga classes, my suggested fee is $10.
For private yoga or yoga therapy, my suggested hourly rate is $40-80. (Yoga therapy sessions are usually about 90 minutes.)
For workshops, my suggested hourly rate is $50-90.

The bottom line is pay what you can–and I really mean the can, whether that’s more or less than the suggested rate. Only you know what your “can” is; I am happy to talk it through with you, but you also never have to justify it to me.

Here’s a list of things I’d like to receive in trades:

  • body work
  • professional mentorship/supervision
  • sewing lessons
  • home-cooked vegetarian meals
  • simple, functional custom-built furniture
  • custom-made jewelry
  • knitted/crocheted things
  • art

If you have something you want to offer that is not on this list, please let me know!
